As a Buyer’s Agent since July 2009, Donna begins each relationship by communicating with each client to identify the most important needs they desire in their new home.

In addition to being a Buyer’s Agent, she also works with the property management department at Patterson Schwartz Real Estate. “I am able to assist homeowners who have made the decision to lease their home as opposed to selling it. This enables homeowners to generate an income while possibly relocating and not selling their home at the present moment. My experience in property management goes back to 1990. I find the years I’ve spent working with renters and owners has provided me with the expertise in dealing with people in a variety of living situations,” Donna concludes. “I look forward to working with you as well!” Donna recently received the RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert) designation.

He readily admits his favorite segment of the Real Estate transaction is as a Buyer’s Agent. “It’s amazing how rewarding it is for me to experience the reactions of my clients when they locate, then settle on the house of their dreams,” Dean explains. “I like to believe I bring a detective-like sense when I meet with clients. I listen carefully to their desires and requirements and with my years of experience in this market, I believe I have a definite advantage when I compile the list of available houses for them to see.” Many times clients have reported that Dean was able to show them houses in locations they may not have considered if searching on the own!

Prior to his real estate career, Neil spent twenty-four years in the United States military, beginning with the U.S. Army and finishing his career with the U.S. Air Force where he retired from active service. He served six tours of duty in Iraq and Afghanistan. Neil holds a Bachelor of Science in Airway Science Management from Delaware State University, and he is also a licensed pilot. A native of Washington State, Neil and his family have been residents of Georgetown, Delaware for the past 19 years.
